A ferret a day keeps the blues away…
During playtime at Thanksgiving, JJ climbed up onto one of the small children’s rocking chairs in the playroom and curled up as you see him here. You can clearly see how he’s losing his hair on his butt as well as his tail this year, and he also has an inverted stripe down his spine. My poor little naked molerat.

P.S. I apologize if any of these are similar to pictures we posted on the old site: these poor quality photos are all from my old phone and thus have never been seen before…but that doesn’t mean we didn’t also get photos with the actual camera.

As requested, the new blog. There’s still a lot to be done: Pogle has to transfer the old posts (if possible), the design is in it’s initial form, and there are still a lot of features we want to add (favorites? photo printing? photo upload for the cousins?).
In the meantime, be entertained knowing the cousins now have 4 ferrets…the newest is called Pepper (I think) and pogle has a photo of it somewhere…I’ll get him to upload it later today.
The Ogets (yup, just made that up) are up to their usual antics. Jack Jack has a Minion Hicky (Min slurps on another ferret’s ear until it bruises) and he also got a steroid shot yesterday to help counteract his allergies. Last year he lost his hair on his tail due to them, this year he’s losing ALL of his hair. Pretty soon he’ll look like Rufus from Kim Possible:
Minion and Ysabell are hyper lately, so you should enjoy the videos that we put up…eventually. I promise nothing!

Someone has been slacking off on his ferret picture duties since he started back to work, so I guess it’s time I gave ya’ll a fix. The upcoming photos are primarily from Christmas with the cousins, so prepare for some plumpies!
